Use a short subject line and include only the information needed to explain the issue. For an article correction, the page URL and exact sentence are usually enough. If you describe a connection problem, the error wording, edition, device type, and game version can provide useful context.
Remove private information from screenshots before sending them. Do not send passwords, Microsoft verification codes, payment card details, identity documents, or private account recovery information. We do not need those details to discuss an article.

Need help from the server or game operator?
Server Guides is an independent publisher, not the DonutSMP support team. We cannot access your Minecraft account, reverse a ban, issue a rank, process a refund, or change server settings.
Ranks, orders, refunds, and server access
Use the relevant support information on DonutSMP’s own website or in the seller’s purchase confirmation. Read the seller’s terms before making a purchase.
